The recommendations I gave to someone after they listened to this audio and asked me what to do next:

For me, one thing I do next is listen to a different audio drill after. So if I’m angry at someone and want to explore it more, I may do AT1: Angry or AT2: Sad. The former where I explore other things making me angry, the latter where I explore things that might currently make that person feel sad. It helps me in realizing they’re a human who is trying their best and can help cut my anger.
