Elbows in

When the elbows are out:

  • there is extra weight outside the natural frame and the feet go out to balance them.
  • it creates strain on the trapezius muscles, where most people have shoulder/neck pain
  • it seems to create tightness in the back

When the elbows are in:

  • the feet and legs seem to narrow to mirror
  • the diaphragm seems to have more room to move
  • the trapezius muscles seem to relax
