When the elbows are out:
- there is extra weight outside the natural frame and the feet go out to balance them.
- it creates strain on the trapezius muscles, where most people have shoulder/neck pain
- it seems to create tightness in the back
When the elbows are in:
- the feet and legs seem to narrow to mirror
- the diaphragm seems to have more room to move
- the trapezius muscles seem to relax
