Chest over center

Make sure that the chest is over the center of the body, so that there is a vertical alignment and allows gravity to work its magic.

Why?

  • I have a tendency to lean back and it puts stress on my possibly my head and also my knees.
  • When I lean more forward…
    • It opens up my diaphragm.
    • It drops my arms and stretches out my trapezius muscles.
    • It makes my head go back a bit
    • It activates more of my ab muscles
