(BRASOV, ROMANIA) – For two half-days on a weekend in February, we facilitated a Conflict Management Course in Romania. I designed and ran the curriculum, while Stefania Maradin organized the event.
We had about 12 people show up for the first day, and about 8 for the second day. It was an extended version of the Emotional Self-Defense curriculum I had been running, and I believe it went very well at that length. People seemed to be a little tired by the end by said that they had learned a lot. Of the participants who arrived on both day 1 and 2 were two sets of romantic couples.
Participants said that they learned a lot and even resolved some of their actual conflict on the course. I personally had a wonderful time and am very grateful for the support that I received from everyone while I was there. Proud to be a part of such an event.
